Closed cell sponge rubber can be formulated into several different elastomeric materials in a variety of densities. The most common materials are Neoprene/EPDM/SBR blend, Neoprene, EPDM, and Silicone. Sponge rubber can be specified in low, medium, or high density firmnesses. It is a highly flexible material that can adapt to seal almost any surface application when used with pressure sensitive adhesives or with Heat Activated Tape Systems (HATS).

We producr the bulk material harder, much more durable and also more resistant to chemical attack for any apllications like spare parts that require an unique rubber - metal mix, used for bridges, dampers, anti-vibration heels, supports for screeners, oil cups, pads mining, etc.

We have a wide range of molds for special pieces and line casting and thermoplastic polyurethan(TPU)

Our team of experts works closely with each customer, focusing on their unique needs, to find the global plastic solution that is the best match. We match the most cost effective means of production with each part, family of parts or complete assembly of products to bring the customer the lowest cost of ownership. We can offer plastics parts in the following materials:
· HDPE ( High density of polyethylene)
· LDPE ( Low density of polyethylene)
· PP (polyethylene)
· Flexible PVC
· Nylos6
· ABS
· Polyestirene

This unique group of plastics engineering products offers properties which expand the limits of other engineering thermoplastics. These products retain mechanical and fatigue properties at elevated temperatures. Advanced Plastics exhibit very high properties for thermoplastics in the areas of strength, stability, wear and temperature. They also offer improved chemical resistance and increased dielectric properties.
·PTFE
·NYLAMID ®
·UHWMPE (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene).
