ADVANCED ENGINEERING PLASTIC PRODUCTS

This unique group of plastics engineering products offers properties which expand the limits of other engineering thermoplastics. These products retain mechanical and fatigue properties at elevated temperatures. Advanced Plastics exhibit very high properties for thermoplastics in the areas of strength, stability, wear and temperature. They also offer improved chemical resistance and increased dielectric properties.

We have a wide range of molds for special pieces and line casting and thermoplastic polyurethan(TPU)

SHEETING

All grades of foam sheet, foam block, rubber sheet and rubber block are available. We also supply acoustic foam sheet. LDPE sheet and HDPE sheet are also readily available to buy in most common thicknesses.

SPONGES RUBBER

Closed cell sponge rubber can be formulated into several different elastomeric materials in a variety of densities. The most common materials are Neoprene/EPDM/SBR blend, Neoprene, EPDM, and Silicone. Sponge rubber can be specified in low, medium, or high density firmnesses.

EXTRUDED PRODUCTS

We offers extruded products in rigid, flexible or co-extruded thermoplastic and elastomeric tubing, profiles and gaskets.

VULCANIZED PROCESS

We producr the bulk material harder, much more durable and also more resistant to chemical attack for any apllications like spare parts that require an unique rubber - metal mix, used for bridges, dampers, anti-vibration heels, supports for screeners, oil cups, pads mining, etc.
